Weathertech in Irondale was out growing their facility and needed to expand. After conducting a feasibility study, it was determined that there was not enough room to expand where they were located, so they decided to make a move. The move just happened to be right down the street to 2630 5th Ave S, Irondale, AL 35210.

This project consisted of exterior improvements and approximately 25,100 sf interior office space renovations. The improvements consisted of interior daylighting, an elevator, finishes, interior glazing, lighting, and ceilings.
