Designform was chosen for the renovation of the previous check-out/exam suite of Brookwood Dermatology for the use of Voyager Chiropractic. Designform provided space planning and construction documentation for the new tenant space. The space is approximately 1,300 SF. A new toilet room and slight modifications were also made to Brookwood Dermatology so that the space could be separated to form the new stand-alone suite.
