The new 30,000-square-foot facility located in Moody, Alabama is anchored by Swedish owned and operated SKF USA, Inc.

The new facility is constructed of conventional steel frame with a load bearing, concrete tilt-up exterior. The striking exterior color scheme makes a dramatic play on the brand identity of SKF USA, Inc.

Designform provided full service architectural design / documentation, civil engineering, structural engineering, surveying, LEED Management / Certification Process, and project management services.

This project received a “LEED Gold” certification from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
