sOUTHERN CHAMPION TRAY

The project consisted of a new 303,500 square foot production facility for Southern Champion Tray (SCT) located on Lot 1 of the Centre South Riverport Industrial Park in Chattanooga, TN. The facility consists of insulated metal panels on a steel frame structure and is designed to facilitate a planned future addition and modifications. The 268,500 square foot production area accommodates the roll storage, shipping, receiving, and over 40 various pieces of large equipment that are vital to SCT’s operations. In addition to the production area, the facility includes a 12,000 square foot print services area as well as 23,000 square feet for employee amenity areas, meeting rooms, and offices.
