Spring Cleaning Hacks

Updated: Jun 7

It's Spring cleaning time again. If you are like me, you don't enjoy cleaning and organizing. Hopefully, we can make this task a little less terrible or maybe even fun by trying some of these cleaning hacks.

Cleaning pets and pet beds with baking soda:

Sprinkle baking soda over your pet bedding, let it sit for 30 minutes then vacuum up.

You can even bathe your pet with baking soda! For more pet cleaning tricks check the link below:

Dusting with Tongs:

Some of these cleaning hacks I am a little skeptical of, but you never know until you try. I am a true believer in baking soda and vinegar hacks though. I have used this mix to unclog drains at home with much success.

Taking it one day at a time:

Making Lemonade Blog shares a lot of useful tips and strategies for spring cleaning. One of the best ways to get all of your spring cleaning done is to take it one day at a time. Included in the blog post is a calendar of tasks to do each day of the month. I really need to give this a shot at my own house. You could mark these off as you tackle them, saving the more difficult tasks for the weekends if you work during the week. Check out the post through the link below for more tips.
