Mingledorff's Birmingham

Mingledorff’s is a distributor of HVAC equipment in the Southeast with 35 locations throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina. It has been a pleasure helping them, as their Architect, to build a new facility in Birmingham, AL. The first 2 images below show the location before demolition began. The site was previously home to a truck and trailer company. It has now been transformed into a 30,000 Sq. Ft. facility that includes Storage Warehouse, Office Space, Training Areas, and Sales Floor. The project included sitework, demolition, removal of existing warehouse structure, and new construction.
