New York Butcher Shoppe Owner, Jim Moeller, was looking to expand his business by opening his second Alabama location. The project consisted of a 1,750 sf interior build-out in an existing building at Hwy 119, Birmingham, AL. The build-out was in need of retail area, food prep area, and support spaces. Designform set out to find the best layout to maximize the space. The wine rack display was the perfect opportunity to provide an accent wall that would become a focal point of the store. The work space behind the counter opens into the kitchen area with a door and a window for easy communication and access to storage and more work space.
