This project is very similar to the nexAir, Birmingham project. Designform took an 11,400 sf abandoned pre-engineered metal building and designed extensive exterior skin modifications which included an Arriscraftstone water table and masonry façade, new aluminum storefront and metal wall panels, new windows, canopy system and roof. The interior is completed with all new office areas, a re-purposed mezzanine for conference/training activities, refurbished warehouse, and a small retail area.
