MOODY COMMERCE PARK

Building 1 is a 182,000-square-foot facility is constructed of
conventional steel frame and features a unique exterior, tilt
up  concrete  wall  system.  Building  features  include  32’-0”
minimum clear ceiling height and parking for approximately 70 cars. This facility is anchored by JanPak as tenant.

Building 2 is a 202, square-foot facility, that is also constructed of conventional steel frame and features a unique exterior, tilt up concrete wall system. This facility is anchored by trinity 
Glass as tenant.
