MINGLEDORFF'S

What once was the site of an old truck and trailer company is now the home to Mingledorff's, a distributor of HVAC equipment in the South East. The facility is fully sprinklered and consists of a 25,000 square foot pre-engineered warehouse and an attached 5,000 square foot, 2 story office, showroom, and training space.
