LG HAUSYS AMERICA VIATERA 

Designform served as Architect and collaborated  with   Gray   Construction  for   the 101,000-square-foot facility expansion for LG Hausys America, Inc.  located  in  Adairsville,  Georgia.  The building’s  frame structure is constructed as a pre-engineered metal building with metal wall siding. The new, hi-tech, manufacturing and distribution facility fits in perfectly with LG Hausys’ efforts to streamline operations. The factory sits adjacent to LG Hausys’ first U.S.-based facility opened 2004 to support production. Following LG Hausys’ criteria, Designform was able to provide the space for three 5 ton cranes and a three-level process mezzanine. This fast paced project was faced with extensive sitework requirements to manage steep grade and wetland areas.
