These two mirrored-image facilities designed for Graham & Company total approximately 540,000-square-foot and are situated on a 35-acre site. The development was designed and constructed of conventional steel frame and features a unique exterior tilt-up concrete wall system.

Building features include 32’-0” minimum clear ceiling heights with distribution tenant anchors such as Canada-based Decoma, D&K Healthcare Resources, Office Max,
and Plasti-Pak.

Designform provided site planning, architectural design, construction documentation, project management, and tenant planning for this development.This project was awarded NAIOP 2005 Real Estate Development of the Year Award.
