Designform provided architectural design, structural engineering, civil engineering, and project management services for this 380,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility. This Mercedes-Benz supplier facility includes 16,000 square feet of finished office space, parking for 200 cars, and provisions for future expansion. Completed in 2003, the facility is located in Jefferson Metropolitan Park.

This 134,000 SF expansion to McCalla's Plant II was completed in 2019 for the increased productivity of metal automotive components at the plant. The expansion helped to increase efficiency and productivity for Gestamp.
