FEDEX GROUND FACILITY

Mossy Head Industrial Park is home to the new 213,508-square-foot distribution center located in Pensacola, Florida. The people of Walton County were pleased to know that the new facility would eventually improve their community economically. 

Built on approximately 25 acres, the facility is constructed as a pre-engineered metal building that showcases 47 truck loading bays where trucks will deliver packages across Florida’s Panhandle. Approximately 16,860-square-feet was selected to be office space.

Designform provided architectural design and documentation based on Federal Express Prototypes and Federal Express Brand Identity for this new package distribution facility.
