FEDEX GROUND FACILITY

Continuously growing at a fast pace, FedEx Ground has added a new facility located in Manassas, Virginia. This 175,300-square-foot warehouse is constructed of conventional steel with exterior concrete tilt-up wall panels with 7,740-square-feet chosen for an office area. The new facility is conveniently located to major highways and a strong local community that will increase the company’s demand. 

Designform provided architectural design and documentation based on Federal Express Prototypes and Federal Express Brand Identity for this new package distribution facility.
