FEDEX GROUND FACILITY
Built on 15 acres of land, this new distribution center brought positive economic news to Covington, Louisiana. The new facility will bring nearly 800 new jobs in warehousing, truck driving, and office positions. This 175,000-square-foot warehouse is constructed of conventional steel frame with exterior concrete tilt-up wall panels. Approximately 7,500-square-feet was designated for the new office space.
Designform provided architectural design and documentation based on Federal Express Prototypes and Federal Express Brand Identity for this new package distribution facility.
