DRIVERS WAY

This facility was the third in a series of prototype developments for Driver’s Way. This 30,000-square-foot automotive dealership located in Franklin, Tennessee, is designed to portray brand identity while conforming to strict architectural standards established by the City of Franklin.

The building is constructed of conventional steel frame, brick veneer and a standing seam metal roof. The facility includes a vehicle showroom, support offices, and a vehicle repair and maintenance area.

Designform assisted in site selection, developed the site design, architectural design, construction documentation, structural engineering, civil engineering, MEPFP engineering, project management and interior design.
