This 500,000-square-foot facility is the second in a series of planned distribution facilities located within this 96 acre development known as Shelby Commerce Park.

Constructed of steel frame, the structure features a unique exterior, tilt-up concrete wall system. The building serves as corporate headquarters and distribution facility for Custom Marketing Services.

Designform provided site planning, architectural design, construction documentation, project management, tenant planning and interior design services for this facility.

Land planning and infrastructure design for this new distribution and manufacturing based industrial park were also provided by Designform.
