The project included (2) 186,000 square foot concrete tilt-up buildings, each with two drive-in doors, 35 dock positions, 15 000 square foot bays, ESFR sprinklers, a truck court, and 46 trailer storage spaces.

Graham and Co invested in this development off Daniel Payne Drive in the Hooper City neighborhood in order to acquire 2 3 tenants who would bring growth and employment opportunities to the City of Birmingham. With the help of the design team, Phase I and Phase II were completed, and the project turned out to be a great success.
