This 137,000-square-foot business distribution facility

is located in Huntsville, Alabama at Thornton Research Park.

The design features large masonry offsets with curved glazing elements to identify entrance points for the proposed multi-tenant occupancy.

Numerous sustainable design initiatives were incorporated into the project, including water-efficient landscaping, use of materials with recycled content, interior daylighting, regional materials, and nighttime light pollution reduction, to name a few. The building is LEED certified by the US Green Building Council.

Designform provided site planning, architectural design, structural engineering, civil engineering, construction documentation, and project management services for this development.
