AIRPORT DISTRIBUTION CENTER

This  208,000-square-foot tilt-up  concrete  building  structure
features  32-0’  clear  storage  height  and  13,000-square-foot
(52’ x 250’) bays. The structure is conventional steel frame
with load bearing concrete tilt-up wall construction. Column
spacing is 52’-0”. Dock doors are 13’-0” on center. As with all
large  Designform  distribution  center  projects,  the  sprinkler
system  is  ESFR.  Located  North  of  Huntsville  International
Airport, on a 15.38 acre site on Short Pike Road, this Graham
& Company development features a reveal pattern and subtle
shades of color combined with large glass corner treatments
to   establish   scale.
