This project consisted of converting an existing office building into a new multi-tenant retail storefront space on the highly trafficked Highway 31 in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

A building addition was designed and constructed in concert with the overall project to increase the total retail space to approximately 22,000-square-feet.

Additionally, Designform provided tenant planning for the tenant mix which included food service, medical, and telecommunication tenants.
