12/22/2004 - Southland Tube Expansion

Designform, Incorporated has completed design and construction documentation for the new capital improvements and additions to the Southland Tube campus. The project consists of a 179,617 square foot large diameter pipe mill manufacturing facility building. Also included in the project will be a 5,887 square foot administrative office addition. Southland Tube is a leading manufacturer of carbon steel pipe and tubing, located in Birmingham, AL.

Designform, Incorporated is assisting Brasfield & Gorrie as part of a design/build team for the project. Craig Rogers, AIA is the principal in charge, and Tom Kidwell, AIA is the project manager.
