9/1/2000 - SHELBY PARCEL “A”

Construction is underway for a new 500,000 s.f. distribution facility at Shelby Commerce Park in Calera, Alabama.
Designform is providing architectural design and documentation, space planning, interior design and project management services for the project.

The new structure is designed as a pre-engineered metal building and features a concrete tilt-up exterior.  The build-to-suit facility is anchored by Custom Marketing Services as tenant.
