1/7/2000 - Graham & Co. building $2.75M spec office facility

Faced with a 94 occupancy rate for office space in the Greensprings area, Graham & Co. Inc. is building a $2.75 million speculative office building for tenants who also need a storefront.

Graham & Co. broker Claude Tindle says construction on the 25,000-square-foot, Class A facility should begin this week and wrap up by May. Dubbed Greenway Business Park, it will ideally host three to four large tenants but possibly more.

"We're going to cater to office tenants who may also have a retail component," Tindle says.

The building will be located behind the BP Service Station at the intersection of Lakeshore Parkway and Greensprings Highway near Wildwood Centre.

Charles & Vinzant Construction LLC is building the facility, and Designform Inc. is the project's architect.
